Families receive relevant practitioner information when a match is being considered. We do not publish invented profiles or promise a local tutor before availability is confirmed.
Teaching skill
The ability to structure an explanation, ask useful questions and check whether understanding has changed.
Communication
Clear, respectful communication with students, parents and the Study Circle team.
Safety and boundaries
Required checks, approved channels, appropriate record keeping and clear escalation expectations.

Every proposed practitioner clears the essentials.
We confirm that the person is eligible, suitable for the requested support and able to provide a realistic level of continuity.

We ask whether the tutor was prepared, explained clearly and made it comfortable to ask questions. We review the relationship again after session three.
