Talk through bothWhy families choose The Study Circle
A great tutor or mentor match needs more than availability. We review the fit, explain the recommendation and check the relationship while it is still early.
01
Share the student’s year level, subject, goals, preferred delivery and general availability.
02
A real person checks subject and year-level experience, teaching approach, availability, location and continuity.
03
We explain why a tutor or mentor has been recommended before the family starts.
04
We check in after the first lesson and review the fit again after session three.
Tutoring and mentoring
Tutoring builds subject understanding. Study mentoring builds the system that helps students use that understanding independently. Start with either service, or talk to us when both would help.
One-to-one support for concepts, questions, practice, assessments and exam technique, matched around the student’s subject and stage.

Study habits · 10 minutes

For parents · 10 minutes

Required checks, appropriate parent consent, student assent and approved communication channels all sit behind the relationship.
The Study Circle standard
We work with parents, but keep the student’s voice and learning independence central. Tutor and mentor support stays educational, practical and within clear boundaries.
